The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Live Life Plan. By accessing, browsing, and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment terms:
Online BACS transfer is the preferred method of payment. An advance payment of up to 50% may be required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours after the session’s completion.
Live Life Plan is not VAT registered.
Bookings:
Each session booked by mutual agreement and subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any booked service. A fee of 50% to 75% of hours booked will apply for lost time should you cancel/reschedule/postpone at less than 72hrs notice.
If less than 24 hrs notice given full payment for any sessions is chargeable. A ‘booked service’ is any session appointment confirmed via text/email by Live Life Plan.
Live Life Plan will not purchase any items/services on behalf of the client unless mutually agreed and payment provided in advance.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue and may be subject to change if not confirmed during this period.
Hours of work –mutually agreed subject to live life plan availability.
An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the appointment. If no adult is in attendance, appointment will be cancelled, but the full payment will still be charged.
Confidentiality & Privacy:
All client information, both business and personal, will be kept strictly confidential and will not with shared with third parties unless mutually agreed to support delivery of services.
Liability
Live Life Plan will not be held liable with regards to other suppliers/services if their product/service or work standard fall short of your expectations or for any loss/damage caused by any supplier, its employees, or agents. Suppliers and other service providers will be payable by you directly in accordance with their payment terms unless otherwise agreed.
We cannot move or lift items or work in areas considered a health & safety risk – for example awkwardly sized or heavy items of furniture or in attics that may be unsafe. If items/work necessary during a booked session, please arrange suitable help in advance of session.
Whilst every effort is made to avoid breakages and or damages these must be covered under your own homes and contents insurance and Live Life Plan will not be held liable.
